data-contrast=\"none\">\u00c0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\"> medida que as necessidades dos gestores de marketing e das empresas come\u00e7aram a evoluir, foi necess\u00e1rio envolver os clientes de formas diferentes, com fluxos adequados, definindo segmentos de audi\u00eancia, e assim por diante.\u00a0<\/span><span plataformas capazes de criar audi\u00eancias e sustentar um percurso entre <\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">o<\/span> <span data-contrast=\"none\">ponto em que o cliente tem o primeiro contacto com a marca, at\u00e9 ao momento em que este pode ser direcionado para um cen\u00e1rio de compra, e at\u00e9 alcan\u00e7ar, posteriormente, um cen\u00e1rio de apoio ao cliente.\u00a0<\/span><span integrar diferentes canais; desde SMS, <\/span><i><span data-contrast=\"none\">WhatsApp for Business<\/span><\/i><span data-contrast=\"none\">, e quaisquer outros elementos que apoiassem este tipo de cen\u00e1rios de intera\u00e7\u00e3o.\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:259}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">E depois, \u00e9 claro, a ind\u00fastria dividiu-se entre <strong>&#8220;fornecer uma plataforma CpaaS para os<\/strong><\/span><strong>\u00a0<i>developers <\/i>desenvolverem estes cen\u00e1rios para os nossos clientes&#8221;, ou &#8220;desenvolver estas plataformas multicanal para oferecer aos gestores de marketing um meio para criarem as suas campanhas&#8221;.\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">S\u00e3o dois caminhos a seguir. <strong>Todas as plataformas que oferecem apenas SMS ou email j\u00e1 n\u00e3o ser\u00e3o competitivas<\/strong>, e isto<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\"> \u00e9 o<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\"> que tem vindo a acontecer.\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:259}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Penso que o SMS n\u00e3o sofre com o aparecimento de cen\u00e1rios de intera\u00e7\u00e3o com o <i>WhatsApp<\/i>. Na verdade, tem o potencial de crescer, porque o SMS n\u00e3o permitia o chat. Agora \u00e9 poss\u00edvel ver confirma\u00e7\u00f5es, bem como o desenlace dos cen\u00e1rios, no final de cada um destes fluxos.\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">Temos muito a crescer, e como o Ricardo disse, <strong>apenas 15 a 18% das pequenas e m\u00e9dias empresas est\u00e3o a utilizar o envio de SMS na sua estrat\u00e9gia de marketing.
